A team of qualified Assistant in Nursing (AIN) / Personal Care Assistant (PCA) / Support workers with years of experience.
We would be more than happy to impart our compassionate, genuine care to the participants/clients in a safe and competent manner.

Experience & Care Journey
With over 16 years in the care industry.
Professional Background
- Assistant in Nursing (4 years) – Gained hands-on experience while completing university studies.
- Registered Nurse (12 years) – Extensive experience in nursing homes and private hospitals, caring for people with Dementia, chronic illness, impaired mobility, and providing Palliative Care and care planning.
- One-on-One Complex Care (5 years part-time) – Supported an adult quadriplegic with tracheostomy and PEG tube, coordinating care alongside allied health professionals and family.
- Community Nursing (2 years part-time) – Delivering home care services, including medication administration, welfare checks, wound care, vital signs check, personal care, and feeding (oral / textured / PEG feed).
- Clinical Nurse Manager (2.5 years) – Managed clinical care in nursing homes, frequently stepping in as Director of Nursing.
- Private Hospital (part-time) – Provided support in medical & surgical ward environment.
